Help with the cleaner desktop app + Chrome extension. If you don’t find what you need here, email hello@cleaner.bet — responses within ~24h.

Quick start

  1. Install cleaner desktop from cleaner.bet.
  2. Install the cleaner Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store.
  3. Sign in to both surfaces with the same cleaner account.
  4. Open the extension popup, click Pair with… and pick your desktop install.
  5. In cleaner desktop, pick a casino, click Fetch via paired extension, follow the prompt in the browser tab the extension opens. The extension captures credentials and closes the tab; the desktop pre-fills the form. Click Continue to start.

Common issues

“No response from the extension” after clicking Fetch

The extension’s service worker idles out after ~30s of inactivity. If you click Fetch while the SW is asleep, the broadcast can be missed. Open the extension popup once (which wakes the SW), then retry Fetch in cleaner desktop.

“No paired device” when sending a credential

Open the extension popup → click Pair with… → pick the desktop install you want to send to. Pairing is sticky across browser restarts.

The extension opens a tab but the capture times out

For Pulsz / Pulsz Bingo / Legacy Casino, you need to click START on the loaded blackjack table — the credential-carrying request only fires on a fresh round. For Lavish Luck, navigate the search page to “BlackJack Lucky Sevens” and launch it. Lonestar + RealPrize deep-link straight in; just give it a moment.

cleaner desktop signs me out after I leave it open

Known: when your computer sleeps, the JS timers that refresh the auth token pause. When the session expires before they resume, the next API call signs you out. Recent versions force a refresh on window focus, which fixes most cases. If you’re still seeing it on 0.6.3+, please email us a description.

The /account page shows my device as offline even though it’s running

The ONLINE pill is driven by Supabase Presence + a recent heartbeat. After a system wake, presence re-establishes within a second of the cleaner desktop window getting focus. Click into the cleaner window; the pill should come back on quickly.

Capture works on one casino but not another

Each casino has its own URL pattern that triggers the credential fetch. We’re tracking changes to those patterns when casinos update their flows. If a casino stops working, email us with the casino name and what you see — usually a one-line patch on our side.
